Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 8 ounces white chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then fold in melted white chocolate.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
- Heat strawberry jam and heavy cream in a saucepan until combined.
- Top cheesecake with sliced strawberries and drizzle with the jam mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight before serving.
