  • 15 ounces canned corn
  • 10 ounces canned Rotel tomatoes with green chiles

  • Tortilla strips
  • Shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a Crock Pot.
  2. Add black beans, corn, and Rotel tomatoes on top.
  3. Sprinkle taco seasoning and ranch seasoning evenly over the mixture.
  4. Place cream cheese on top without mixing.
  5. Set the Crock Pot to LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and mix well with the melted cream cheese.
  7. Serve hot, topped with tortilla strips, shredded cheese, avocado slices, lime juice, and chopped cilantro.
