Ingredients

  • 500 g Magerquark
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 200 g liquid cream
  • 2 packets vanilla sugar
  • 100150 g sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 200 g cream (for topping)
  • 1/2 packet vanilla pudding powder (or additional vanilla sugar)
  • Crushed Vanillekipferl cookies for layering

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Magerquark, mascarpone, liquid cream, vanilla sugar, sugar, and vanilla paste. Whip until smooth.
  2. Divide crushed Vanillekipferl into six dessert glasses as the base layer.
  3. Add half of the prepared cream mixture over the cookie layer.
  4. Halve the raspberries and place them on top of the cream layer; reserve some for decoration.
  5. Add the remaining cream mixture over the raspberries and smooth the surface.
  6. For the topping, whip the cream with pudding powder or additional vanilla sugar until stiff.
  7. Pipe the whipped cream on top of each dessert glass and garnish with reserved raspberries and whole Vanillekipferl cookies.
  8. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
