Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
- Spread the grated parmesan cheese in a thin layer on the parchment paper.
- Slice the onions thinly (about ⅙ inch) and arrange them over the cheese in a single layer.
- Brush the onions with avocado oil to coat evenly.
- Season with paprika, sea salt, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
