Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add honey, melted butter, and eggs; whisk until combined. Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined—do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
