Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Melt the butter and combine it with honey and mashed bananas in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk in the eggs until fully incorporated.
- Add baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Gently fold in the flour using a spatula until just mixed.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55–65 minutes, checking after 35 minutes.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
