- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat until golden brown and nutty.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cooled brown butter, sugars, vanilla extract, and room temperature eggs until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cornstarch.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips evenly into the dough.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for optimal flavor and texture.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop cookie dough onto the sheet about two inches apart and bake for approximately 12 minutes until edges are golden.
