- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- strawberry milk (or regular milk mixed with strawberry syrup)
- optional strawberry puree
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3–4 minutes).
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together.
- Gradually alternate adding dry ingredients and whole milk to the butter mixture until just combined.
- Fold in diced strawberries gently with a spatula.
- Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow cooling in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar with strawberry milk and optional puree until smooth; drizzle over cooled cake.
