Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3–4 minutes).
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together.
  5. Gradually alternate adding dry ingredients and whole milk to the butter mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in diced strawberries gently with a spatula.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Allow cooling in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar with strawberry milk and optional puree until smooth; drizzle over cooled cake.
