Ingredients
- 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 8 oz artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 12–14 wonton wrappers
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press wonton wrappers into a muffin tin and lightly spray with cooking spray; bake for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and minced garlic until well mixed.
- Fill each wonton cup generously with the mixture.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
