  • 1/4 C granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add salt, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and flour until combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Mix additional sugar with cinnamon for the topping and sprinkle it over the batter.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
