Instructions
- Gather and chop all ingredients as needed.
- Place chicken in the slow cooker and layer with corn, cream cheese, Cotija cheese, lime juice, garlic, and spices.
- Cook on low for about 4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and stir to mix well.
