- ¼ cup flour
- Salt/Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Peel and chop potatoes; boil until fork-tender, then mash with sour cream.
- Cook ground beef until browned; set aside.
- In a large pot, sauté onions and garlic in butter until soft.
- Stir in flour, then gradually add chicken broth while stirring.
- Mix in seasonings and half and half; bring to a boil, then simmer.
- Incorporate mashed potatoes, cooked beef, and mixed vegetables; heat through.
- Add shredded cheese until melted; adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
