  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • ¾ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground sage
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • Salt/Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop potatoes; boil until fork-tender, then mash with sour cream.
  2. Cook ground beef until browned; set aside.
  3. In a large pot, sauté onions and garlic in butter until soft.
  4. Stir in flour, then gradually add chicken broth while stirring.
