- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups coarsely crushed pretzels

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season each chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with Dijon mustard, and one with crushed pretzels.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip into the egg mixture, then press into the crushed pretzels until fully coated.
- Place the coated chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- For the sauce, heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in shredded cheddar until melted, then add Dijon mustard. Season to taste and mix until smooth.
- Serve your crispy chicken hot, drizzled generously with the creamy mustard-cheddar sauce.
