Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs baby carrots (or chopped regular carrots)
- ¼ cup melted salted butter
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
- Pat the baby carrots dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Add them to the bowl and coat evenly with the mixture.
- Spread the coated carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are tender and caramelized.
