- 1 packet Sazon seasoning
- 2 tablespoons sofrito (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken drumsticks with garlic powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, Sazon seasoning, and sofrito (if using). Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator for enhanced flavor.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the marinated chicken on a baking tray in a single layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes, flip the chicken pieces over, and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for another 5-10 minutes until crispy.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving with your favorite sides.
