  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 ½ cups chopped pecans
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Make the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish and chill for 10–15 minutes.
  2. For the cream cheese layer, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the chilled crust.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter until bubbling. Remove from heat and whisk in beaten eggs gradually. Stir in pecans and salt; let cool slightly.
  4. Pour the cooled pecan mixture over the cream cheese layer evenly. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
