- 4 medium ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 8×4 inch loaf pans.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- Stir in mashed bananas gently until just mixed.
- Fold in dry ingredients until fully incorporated without overmixing.
- Gently fold in walnuts.
- Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 35 to 45 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
