Ingredients
- 1 3 oz. box orange jello mix
- 1 3.4 oz. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 8 oz. tub cool whip, thawed
- 1 28 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 cups mini vegan marshmallows
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together boiling water and orange jello until dissolved. Stir in cold water and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from fridge and mix in instant vanilla pudding until combined. Cover and chill for another 15 minutes.
- Fold in the whipped topping, mandarin oranges, and mini marshmallows gently until well mixed.
- Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
