  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomato oil
  • 1/3 cup tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring chicken stock to a simmer in a large pot. Add paneer pasta and cook until al dente.
