- 2 cups mixed dried fruits

- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup apple juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Soften the butter at room temperature. In a mixing bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth after each addition.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, alternating with orange juice for smooth integration.
- Fold in mixed dried fruits and chopped nuts until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 60–75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow cooling before serving.
