Instructions
- Boil water in a saucepan and stir in sugar until dissolved.
- Add frozen corn, cover, and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, sriracha sauce, kosher salt, and lime salt until smooth.
- Drain the corn and fold it into the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve in cups topped with cotija cheese, cilantro, chili powder, and lime wedges.
