  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper for heat
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 8 corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Pat the sirloin dry and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all spices with salt and pepper.

  4. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add remaining oil. Sear steak cubes for about 1–2 minutes per side until browned but still juicy (about 3–5 minutes total).
  5. Assemble each taco by placing steak on tortillas and adding desired toppings.
