  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed onions with chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese; mix well.
  4. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to slightly thinner than its original thickness, then cut it into 4-inch squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the spinach-feta mixture in the center of each square. Fold diagonally to form triangles and seal the edges with a fork.
