Ingredients
- 4 fillets Branzino (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 sprig fresh oregano
- Salt (to taste)
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 cup dry white apple vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the branzino fillets dry with paper towels and place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over each fillet and season generously with salt and black pepper.
- Evenly distribute minced garlic over each fillet.
- Top fillets with lemon slices and place sprigs of rosemary, thyme, and oregano on each.
- Pour white apple vinegar around the fish to enhance moisture and aroma.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
