- 1/3 cup ketchup (for glaze)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and thyme. Mix gently until just combined.
- Fill each muffin cup evenly with the meat mixture.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze; spoon it generously over each muffin.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
