Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 cooked lobster tails, meat removed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- If using raw lobster tails, steam or boil them until fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes). Cool, then chop the meat into bite-sized pieces.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in red chili flakes and cook for an additional minute.
- Add cooked spaghetti and lobster pieces to the skillet, tossing well with garlic oil. Season with salt, pepper, lemon zest, and juice.
- In another pan, heat olive oil and toast breadcrumbs until golden brown and crispy; season if desired.
- Serve the spaghetti topped with chili breadcrumbs and garnish with chopped parsley.
