  • 34 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ cup hummus
  • ½ small red onion

  • ⅓ cup vegan feta cheese (optional)

Instructions
