  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika if desired.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
  4. While the cod bakes, mix Greek yogurt or sour cream, mayonnaise (if using), chopped dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
