Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites and sugar until slightly foamy.
- Add almond flour, orange zest, and juice; mix until smooth.
- Form small balls with your hands or an ice cream scoop.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet; press an indent in each cookie and fill with marmalade.
- Chill the cookie balls in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 175°C/356°F and bake for about 12 minutes until slightly crispy.
- Allow cooling on a rack; sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
