- ⅓ cup Dutch processed cocoa powder
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cream the butter and sugars in a stand mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips, then chill the dough for 45-60 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes until slightly underbaked.
