Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 5 organic green tea bags
- 2 tablespoons ginger, finely grated or minced
- 3–4 tablespoons honey (to taste)
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat the water in a pot until just simmering. Remove from heat.
- Add the tea bags and grated ginger to the hot water. Steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher, discarding the tea bags and ginger.
- While still warm, stir in honey until dissolved; adjust sweetness as desired.
- Mix in fresh orange juice and lemon juice thoroughly.
- Chill in the refrigerator or serve immediately over ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
