Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour, and gradually add milk until thickened; incorporate cheeses and seasonings.
- In a skillet, fry seasoned chicken thighs until golden; brush with hot honey while warm.
- Combine the macaroni with cheese sauce in a baking dish, top with chicken, and bake for 10–12 minutes until bubbling.
