Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 200 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 270 g raspberry jam
- Freeze-dried raspberries
- Pistachios
- White chocolate (optional)
- Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the dough by mixing flour, butter, powdered sugar, and egg in a bowl until smooth. Wrap and chill for about an hour.
- Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface and cut into star shapes using cookie cutters.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Bake the cookies on lined baking sheets for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Once cooled, decorate with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with freeze-dried raspberries and pistachios, or glaze with lemon juice mixed with powdered sugar.
- Assemble by spreading raspberry jam on half of the cookies and sandwiching them with the decorated tops.
