- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup pistachios, finely chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a springform pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, use an electric mixer to beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add melted white chocolate, chopped pistachios, and eggs; mix until well combined.
- Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until set and golden.
- Allow cooling at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours.
