- 2 cups mixed greens or lettuce

- 1 cup corn (fresh, canned, or frozen)

- 1/2 cup guacamole

Instructions
- Season the chicken breast with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

- While the chicken cooks, prep the veggies: halve the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the cucumber. Heat the corn if using frozen or canned.
- Assemble your bowl by layering the mixed greens first, followed by sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, corn, cucumber, and a generous scoop of guacamole.
