  • 1/4 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Brew green tea and let it cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooled green tea, lemon juice, grated ginger, and honey (or maple syrup). Whisk until blended.
  3. In a saucepan, heat hot water until nearly boiling. Gradually stir in vegan gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the gelatin mixture into the green tea mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Carefully fill silicone molds with the mixture and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
  6. Once set, gently remove gummies from molds and enjoy!
