Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed green tea (cooled)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (for vegan option)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 3 tablespoons unflavored vegan gelatin or agar-agar (for vegan option)
- 1/4 cup hot water
Instructions
- Brew green tea and let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooled green tea, lemon juice, grated ginger, and honey (or maple syrup). Whisk until blended.
- In a saucepan, heat hot water until nearly boiling. Gradually stir in vegan gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Pour the gelatin mixture into the green tea mixture and stir to combine.
- Carefully fill silicone molds with the mixture and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Once set, gently remove gummies from molds and enjoy!
