  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden brown (6–8 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth; bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Gradually add mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and toss with sauce; add cooked penne pasta and mix well.
  7. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
