Ingredients
- 1.5 cups freshly squeezed orange juice (about 4–5 medium oranges)
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3–4 lemons)
- 1/3 cup honey (or maple/agave)
- 3.5 cups water (still or sparkling)
- Ice, citrus slices, and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and halve the oranges and lemons.
- Juice the fruits to yield 1.5 cups orange juice and 3/4 cup lemon juice.
- In a large pitcher, combine orange juice, lemon juice, honey (or alternative), and stir in water until well mixed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving over ice with garnishes of citrus slices and mint.
