- 6–8 Croissants (cut into halves or thirds)
- 10–12 slices Chicken deli meat
- 3–4 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary
- 8–10 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 tbsp Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the croissants into thirds for better soaking.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and rosemary until well combined.
- Soak each croissant piece in the egg mixture, ensuring even coating. Shake off excess liquid.
- Layer soaked croissants in a baking dish, adding chicken slices and Swiss cheese between layers.
- Mix honey and butter with fresh herbs in a separate bowl until combined.
- Drizzle the honey butter mixture over the top of the assembled bake.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
