  • 34 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary
  • 810 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the croissants into thirds for better soaking.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and rosemary until well combined.
  4. Soak each croissant piece in the egg mixture, ensuring even coating. Shake off excess liquid.
  5. Layer soaked croissants in a baking dish, adding chicken slices and Swiss cheese between layers.
  6. Mix honey and butter with fresh herbs in a separate bowl until combined.
  7. Drizzle the honey butter mixture over the top of the assembled bake.
