- 5–6 oz brie cheese, sliced or torn into chunks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey (plus more for drizzling)
- Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and place the flatbread on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil to promote crispiness during baking.
- Layer the flatbread evenly with brie cheese, followed by dried cranberries and toasted almonds.
- Bake for about 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with honey, sprinkle with sea salt, add fresh herbs if desired, slice into portions, and serve warm.
