  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook rotini in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
  2. 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Sear chicken strips seasoned with Cajun seasoning and garlic powder for 7-9 minutes until golden.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute, then add heavy cream and milk. Simmer gently.
