Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In a skillet with olive oil over medium heat, sear the chicken until golden brown (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and slice.
- In the same skillet, add butter and mushrooms; sauté until golden brown. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; stir in Parmesan cheese and herbs. Simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Toss cooked fettuccine in the creamy sauce and top with sliced chicken.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.
