Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add pasta shells and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Sauté beef and aromatics: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened (3-4 minutes).
- Create the sauce: Lower heat and stir in heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened; season with salt and pepper.
- Combine: Toss the drained pasta with the creamy beef mixture until well-coated. Serve immediately.
