  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 300g penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • 100g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill or pan-fry until golden brown and cooked through. Slice into strips.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream to the skillet and let it simmer gently.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with black pepper.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce until well coated, then top with grilled chicken strips and garnish with fresh parsley.
