Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 300g penne pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 250ml heavy cream
- 100g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill or pan-fry until golden brown and cooked through. Slice into strips.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream to the skillet and let it simmer gently.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with black pepper.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce until well coated, then top with grilled chicken strips and garnish with fresh parsley.
