- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Rinse cranberries, zest and juice the orange.

- Combine chicken and sauce: Pour the mixture over the seared chicken in the skillet. Simmer covered for an additional 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
