Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together cornstarch, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Slowly incorporate flour one cup at a time until just combined.
- Gently fold in milk chocolate chips.
- Scoop out large amounts of dough (about 1/3 cup) onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-11 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Allow cooling before serving.
