- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 and 1/2 cups mashed ripe banana (about 4 bananas)
- For the cinnamon sugar swirl: 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter with granulated sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
- Mix in flour and baking soda until just combined, then fold in mashed bananas.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, dark brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until thickened.
- Layer the batter and cinnamon mixture in the prepared pan, swirling gently between layers.
- Bake for 60–70 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling in the pan for at least 30 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
