  • 5 TBSP Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 6 oz Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 TBSP Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup White granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup Sour cream (room temperature or greek yogurt)
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 3.5 oz Chocolate bar (melted)
  • 10 oz Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup White granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup Peanut butter (creamy)
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream (room temperature or greek yogurt)
  • 2 cups Heavy cream (cold)
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Peanut butter (melted)
  • Peanut butter cups (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing Oreos and mixing them with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and chill.
  2. For the chocolate layer, beat together cream cheese, cocoa powder, sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and melted chocolate until smooth. Pour over the chilled crust.
  3. Make the peanut butter filling by beating cream cheese and sugar until fluffy, then adding peanut butter, vanilla extract, sour cream, and whipped heavy cream until airy.
  4. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer and swirl melted peanut butter on top.
  5. Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
