Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked and cooled white rice (preferably day-old)
- 1–2 tbsp homemade chili oil
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1 head garlic, minced
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Break apart any clumps in the leftover rice.
- Heat a wok or non-stick pan over medium heat and add chili oil.
- Mix in salt and then add minced garlic, cooking until golden brown.
- Stir in the rice, breaking apart any remaining clumps, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve in a bowl topped with chopped cilantro.
