Instructions

- Add broccoli, bell peppers, and sugar snap peas; cook for 3-5 minutes until veggies are tender but crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch dissolved in water; pour into the pan.
- Let the sauce bubble and thicken while stirring frequently; fold in cooked wild rice until well-coated.
- Serve immediately with optional sesame seeds or chopped scallions.
